Before you return your car, please ensure the car is in the same condition from when you first received it. We will email you a checklist with all the items you should complete prior to our concierge picking up the vehicle. These items range from cleaning the car to filling up the fuel tank. Should you be unable to complete the checklist, our concierge will be happy to help you out, however these items will be charged to your account including processing fees.
When returning the car, our concierge will inspect and document the condition of the car and walk you through the entire car return process.
