Should you for whatever reason be not satisfied with the car you have subscribed to within the first 3 days of your subscription you can return it, at no extra cost. We’ll then help you find one that you are happy with. Please note, if the car has exceeded 150 km within the first 3 days we will charge you the full month rate for that particular car. 


If you suspect there is something wrong with the vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to get it fixed.
